Product approval
In order for your product or service to be available in the marketplace, it must first be approved by a member of our support team. Fortunately, this approval process is really simple as long as you follow these 2 very important points ...
- Read the product guidelines to ensure that your product or service complies with the terms as set forth
- Ensure that each of the 6 STEPS is completed carefully and accurately when adding your product or service. If you are at all uncertain about a particular component in this process, please look through the documentation on "Adding Products", as well as any additional "quick help" points that are found throughout the process (those little red
icons).
If you follow the 2 points above, then your product should be approved within 24 hours. If you submit your product for approval over a weekend or holiday, then please allow as little longer for us to complete the approval.
If we are unable to approve your product, then we will respond to indicate the area(s) that you need to correct. Please note that when you resubmit for approval, you will need to allow another 24 hours for approval as your product would go into the lineup the same as any other product being submitted for review. So, as you can see, it's much faster if you take your time and carefully review everything BEFORE you submit it to us for approval.
After submitting for approval, certain EDITS will require that you resubmit again for approval, so please make sure everything is the way you want it before you submit. You can refer to the documentation on "Editing Products" for more information on which components you can later edit without the need to resubmit for approval, and which components will require reapproval.
